Ginger is the best for gastro-issues, but thank you for reminding me of cinnamon. My tummy has been a mess today and I added the cinnamon to my ginger tea just now after reading your article.

And I CANNOT stomach garlic. I wish I could! Makes me so sick! It seems like the list of things that upset my gut is getting longer and longer.
