Moving Work from GDocs to Medium — Watch Out for This Error!

This morning a poem of mine went live. I opened it up and to my horror all of my stanza breaks were different! I did what any reasonably upset writer would do — and I made it WORSE by messaging the editor, asking why someone changed my work, thoroughly offending them.
