Operation stop the leg pain; day one. If you’re a “spoonie” you’ll get it.
I’ve been doing some no-impact calisthenics lately, squats and some arm stuff with a 5 lb kettlebell weight. Have worked my way up to 2 reps of 10 every other day. I’ve lost 3–4 lbs.
The problem: Really bad Charlie horse cramping /muscles seizing in my legs at night. Last night I had the worst one. It went from my glutes all the way down one whole leg. All I did was stretch a bit and try to get comfortable in the bed. Writhed in pain for several minutes before it let up. I put some CBD freeze roll-on stuff on it for the pain and went back to bed…
