Shannon Ashley May Be Onto Something Regarding Team Johnny Depp

Shannon Ashley, Medium influencer and social commentator, has shared her highly-criticized thoughts on the Johnny Depp vs Amber Heard “situation” over the past few weeks. Her most recent article “Why Am I So ‘Biased’ About Johnny Depp v. Amber Heard?” has, at the least, raised some eyebrows.
But Ashley is onto something here.
Occasionally, we, the public, get swept up in propaganda, common public talking points, and yes, our emotions. Many of us have been #TeamJohnny and have publicly professed our support for the clearly burdened actor we’ve loved for decades.
But, we need to be honest here, folks.
Our beloved Johnny is a mess.
Miss Ashley’s comments should not come as a surprise, or as a shock, to any of us. She’s merely pointing out some obvious things here:
- We, none of us, know what really went on in the Depp-Heard relationship.
- Johnny, as much as we love him, isn’t without fault.
