The Heat Is On…

Folks, I am not one to give up. Many of you who know me know that I am a pursuer of goals. And I don’t give up or lose heart easily. But this next challenge will be one of my biggest.

Some of you know, my next big move (which was going to be next year to a purchased home) has been move up to October, and this creates quite a problem. I won’t be ready to purchase until next year’s taxes are filed…but there is an option.

I found a mortgage broker that will work with me now, but two things need to happen, ASAP:

• Keep my credit score on the up and up — this, I am doing.
• Get together the money for a down payment as non-downpayment-options are off the table for me.

I can put aside a few K per month. Total goal 10K.

This puts me in August of being ready and that’s cutting it really close to my must-be-moved date of October 1.

So, I’m sharing my near-impossible goal — for accountability and encouragement.

I can do it.
