This may be my worst earning month on MPP in nearly a year. Just wondering if anyone else is just as discouraged? Here’s hoping the new Creator Fellowship Program accepts me and helps to make up the MPP shortage often suffered by us writers that do more short-form and poetry, yet have a wide reach here on Medium. (I have 2 1/2 years of experience here and have 4K followers.) I hope the program helps to even the playing field for folks like me — who have a bigger impact here on Medium that our MPP reflects. (Samantha Lazar also comes to mind on this.)

For those of you struggling — keep your heads up. We are all out here doing our best to develop our own space as a writer. I applaud those of you who show up each and every day to work hard at your art and just keep trying!
